Where can I buy a 2018 Cow Calendar?

2018 Cow Calendars are available for purchase at Chick-fil-A® restaurants nationwide beginning Nov. 20, 2017. Calendars may also be available from participating community organizations as a fundraiser (school bands, sports teams, etc.) as early as Aug. 7, 2017. But hurry, Calendars are only available while supplies last! Don't live near a Chick-fil-A® restaurant? We'd love to be closer to you. Calendars purchased from any other outlet, especially online auction sites, cannot be guaranteed as authentic.

How much does a 2018 Cow Calendar cost?

When purchased from a Chick-fil-A® restaurant, 2018 Cow Calendars are $8 plus tax. Prices from fundraising groups may vary upward from $8.

May I purchase multiple 2018 Cow Calendars?

Yes, multiple Calendars can certainly be purchased. NOTE: A 2018 Cow Calendar Promotional Card ("Cow Calendar Card") registered online is linked to a Chick-fil-A One account. Each person is limited to one Chick-fil-A One account, and only one Calendar Card may be associated with any given Chick-fil-A One account. Logging into your Chick-fil-A One account through the Chick-fil-A One App gives guests access to earning free treats, mobile ordering and more. To earn free treats and redeem Cow Calendar treats, guests may place a mobile order or scan the Cow Calendar QR code inside of the Chick-fil-A One App.

May I purchase Cow Calendars with Chick-fil-A One?

Yes, you can scan your QR code at the restaurant counter or drive-thru and pay with Chick-fil-A One to purchase 2018 Cow Calendars. NOTE: Customers cannot use mobile pay funds to purchase physical gift cards.

May I earn Chick-fil-A One treat progress for the purchase of Cow Calendars?

Yes, you earn progress for Chick-fil-A One treats if you pay with Chick-fil-A One to purchase 2018 Cow Calendars. NOTE: Customers cannot use mobile pay funds to purchase physical gift cards. Additionally, gift cards count towards treats when they are used, but not when they are purchased.

Are 2018 Cow Calendar Cards redeemable at all Chick-fil-A® restaurants?

Unfortunately, Cow Calendar Cards might not be accepted at some Chick-fil-A® restaurants, including but not limited to Chick-fil-A® Express or Chick-fil-A® licensed locations such as airports, college campuses, office complexes and hospitals.

Where do I find the Cow Calendar Card in my calendar?

The Cow Calendar Card is secured on the back cover of the 2018 Cow Calendar. Every card is sealed during production to prevent tampering. Do not purchase a Calendar with a compromised plastic covering, as the card may have been tampered with.

Why do I have to register my Cow Calendar Card?

Registration is required to activate the 2018 monthly offers on your card and must be completed prior to use of the card. As well as being required for offer redemption, online registration has several benefits:

  • If your online-activated Cow Calendar Card is ever lost or stolen, you can access your Calendar Card QR code through your registered account. Click here to sign in to the 2018 Cow Calendar registration site for details regarding the process for replacing lost or stolen cards.
  • You can easily track which offer is currently available on your Cow Calendar Card, as well as view past history of where and when previous offers were redeemed.
  • You will have a consolidated Chick-fil-A One account that uses the same email address and password for all digital interactions with Chick-fil-A One, i.e. Mobile Ordering, Online Ordering, A-List Membership and pay with Chick-fil-A One.
  • You'll have the opportunity to:
    • Use the Chick-fil-A One app to:
      • View and access your 2018 Cow Calendar Offers by signing in with the same email address you used to activate your Cow Calendar Card.

When may I redeem my 2018 Cow Calendar Promotional Card offers?

Since 1998, the Cow Calendar has let you be our guest for a free, featured menu item each month of the year. Each month, a new offer on the 2018 Cow Calendar can be redeemed (please remember Chick-fil-A® is closed Sundays). The monthly offers may be redeemed only once during the respective month and expire on the last Chick-fil-A business day of the respective month.

What should I do if my 2018 Cow Calendar did not contain a card?

We apologize that your 2018 Cow Calendar was not fully assembled. Only the 2018 Cow Calendar purchased from a Chick-fil-A restaurant may be replaced. Cow Calendars purchased as a fundraiser from a participating community organization (school band, sports team, etc.) or from any unauthorized outlet, especially online auction sites, cannot be exchanged.

To obtain a complete Cow Calendar, you have two options:

  • For the fastest exchange, you may return the Cow Calendar to the Restaurant where it was purchased. Please be sure to bring your original purchase receipt.
  • Or, you may mail the Cow Calendar and original purchase receipt to our Support Center, and we will mail you a new one. Please include a note along with your return mailing address and send the package to:

What is a Cow Calendar Card QR code?

The Cow Calendar Card QR code is a feature of the Cow Calendar Card. A QR code is a digital image located on the back of the Cow Calendar Card and can be scanned at the register for redemption. Once your card has been activated online, the QR code can be accessed:

  • By downloading the Chick-fil-A One App and signing in with the same email used to activate your 2018 Cow Calendar. NOTE: Your registered 2018 Cow Calendar Card is linked to your Chick-fil-A One account. You should access only one Chick-fil-A One account in your mobile app.
  • At any time that you are signed in to your 2018 Cow Calendar account. Once signed in to your account, select "Access a QR code to scan" on the 2018 Cow Calendar registration site to view or print the QR code.

To redeem your monthly offers at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant using the QR code, you may either scan your Cow Calendar Card QR code—found in the Chick-fil-A One App or 2018 Cow Calendar registration site—via your mobile device or via a printed copy of the QR code. You can use this feature in lieu of scanning the QR code on the back of your original Cow Calendar Card and also request a replacement QR code if your original card has been lost or stolen. To request a replacement QR code, sign into your account and select "Report a Lost or Stolen Card" on the 2018 Cow Calendar registration site.

How do I activate my 2018 Cow Calendar Card?

New in 2018! You can register the 2018 Cow Calendar Card by downloading or upgrading to the latest version of the Chick-fil-A One App in the Apple App Store or Android Google Play. To register a Calendar Card via the app, guests may create or log in to a Chick-fil-A One account through the app and tap the content card on the home screen to begin the registration process. To activate a Cow Calendar Card online, click here and follow the instructions on the screen. For either method, you will need to enter your card number and PIN.

  • Your 14-digit Card Number can be found in the center, on the back of your card.
  • Your 6-digit PIN can be found in the center, on the back of your card on the right.

By activating your 2018 Cow Calendar Card online, you automatically create a Chick-fil-A One account. Guests must be at least 13 years of age to activate card. Please note that if you already have a Chick-fil-A One account, you will need to use the same email address and password to sign in and activate your 2018 Cow Calendar Card. I had a 2017 Cow Calendar Card account, should I sign in with the same information to activate my 2018 Cow Calendar Card?

Yes, you will need to sign in by entering the same email address and password that you used for your 2017 Cow Calendar Card. This will be your Chick-fil-A One account that is used for all future digital interactions with Chick-fil-A One, i.e. Mobile Ordering, Online Ordering, A-List and pay with Chick-fil-A One.

What is Chick-fil-A One?

Chick-fil-A One provides a restaurant experience more convenient and personalized than ever before. Any customer can download the Chick-fil-A One App, join Chick-fil-A One and earn free treats, order ahead and much more.

What is a Chick-fil-A One account?

A Chick-fil-A One account is our way of unifying multiple digital experiences (i.e. Cow Calendar Card, Mobile Ordering, pay with Chick-fil-A One, Online Ordering, Chick-fil-A One membership and A-List Membership), into one account. When you activate your 2018 Cow Calendar Card, you are also associating it to your own unique Chick-fil-A One account. With a Chick-fil-A One account, you can manage and update all your Chick-fil-A® digital experiences, described above, using the same email address and password.

(Please note if you activated a 2017 Cow Calendar Card, you should use that same email address and password to activate your 2018 Cow Calendar Card).

How do I join Chick-fil-A One?

Membership is open to everyone. Simply download the Chick-fil-A One App in the Apple App Store or Android Google Play to learn more.

What are the benefits of Chick-fil-A One?

You can utilize in-app benefits such as mobile ordering and pay with Chick-fil-A One while also earning free treats.

Will my 2018 Cow Calendar Card be available in the Chick-fil-A One App?

Yes, you can access your online-activated Cow Calendar Card via the Chick-fil-A One App to redeem your monthly offers. Download the Chick-fil-A One App and sign in with the same email you used to activate your 2018 Cow Calendar Card. A unique Cow Calendar Card QR Code will appear for the current month’s cow calendar treat. You may also choose to add the Cow Calendar QR Code to your phone’s wallet by tapping the wallet icon in the upper left of the Cow Calendar QR Code screen. Additionally, you can sign in to the 2018 Chick-fil-A® Cow Calendar Card registration site to view your account activity and redeem your monthly offers using your Cow Calendar Card QR code. NOTE: This is a different QR code than your Chick-fil-A One QR code.

I cannot remember the password to my Chick-fil-A One account (used to activate your Cow Calendar Card). How can I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password, review the following steps before clicking the Forgot Password link below:

  • Once you are on the “Forgot Password?" page, you will be instructed to enter the email address associated with your Chick-fil-A One account. Submit your email address.
  • You will receive an email from Chick-fil-A® with a reset password link and instructions. This request will expire within 24 hours.
  • Click the “Reset Password” link provided in the email.
  • Follow the instructions online and enter a new password for your account then submit.
  • Click “Sign In” and you will be redirected to your Cow Calendar account.
  • NOTE: If you do not receive an email with a reset password link, confirm the email address that you entered is the one associated with your Chick-fil-A One account. You may also need to check your Junk Mail folder.

How long does it take to activate my 2018 Cow Calendar Card?

Once you complete the short activation process on www.chick-fil-a.com/2018calendar, your Cow Calendar Card should be active in our system in less than one minute.

  • You will receive online confirmation that your card was successfully activated.
  • An email confirmation will also be sent to the email address you used to activate the card.

If you register via phone using 1-888-232-1521, you will hear a confirmation message once the process is complete, and your card will be ready to use. Please note that the first 2018 Cow Calendar Card offer is not available for redemption until Jan. 1, 2018.

May I activate multiple 2018 Cow Calendar Cards for myself?

Only one Cow Calendar Card may be associated with any given Chick-fil-A One account or phone number. To activate multiple cards online, you will need to complete registration of the first card, and you will be given a prompt to sign out and begin a new registration process for the next card with a unique email address. I don't want to create a Chick-fil-A One account to activate my 2018 Cow Calendar Card. What should I do?

The only way to redeem 2018 Cow Calendar offers is to activate the card that is included in the Calendar. If you do not wish to create a Chick-fil-A One account, please call 1-888-232-1521 to activate your Cow Calendar Card via the phone system. However, replacement QR code, offer reminder messages, offer inquiries and other enhancements are not available for phone-activated cards. Please note that only one Cow Calendar Card may be associated with any given phone number.

I bought a 2018 Cow Calendar for someone else, but they do not have an email address. How can they activate their card?

Those without Internet access or an email address may call 1-888-232-1521 to activate their card. Activating a card over the phone will allow each monthly offer to be redeemed. However, replacement QR code, offer reminder messages, offer inquiries and other enhancements are not available for phone-activated cards. Please note that only one Cow Calendar Card may be associated with any given phone number.

What if there are multiple people in my household who share an email address and/or phone number? How will they activate multiple cards?

Each Cow Calendar Card must be associated with a unique Chick-fil-A One account or a unique phone number to complete the activation process. Any combination of legitimate phone numbers and/or Chick-fil-A One accounts may be used to activate Cow Calendar Cards for members of a single household. For example, if a household consists of three members who all purchased or were given a 2018 Cow Calendar, their three cards could be activated via the applicable telephone or online activation system using any combination of the following:

  • Chick-fil-A One account(s)
  • Cell phone Number(s)
  • Traditional Landline Telephone Number(s)

Please note that replacement QR code, offer reminder messages, offer inquiries and other enhancements are not available for phone-activated cards.

Can a 2018 Cow Calendar Card be activated for my child?

Yes. An adult can activate a Cow Calendar Card on a child's behalf as long as the Chick-fil-A One account or phone number associated with the child's card has not already been associated with another card. Guests must be at least 13 years of age to activate card.

What browser and device should I use to activate my Cow Calendar Card?

New in 2018! You can register the 2018 Cow Calendar Card by downloading or upgrading to the latest version of the Chick-fil-A One App in the Apple App Store or Android Google Play; just tap the content card on the home screen to begin the registration process.

If activating your card online, we recommend using the currently available version or the latest prior version of the following supported browsers to register your Cow Calendar Card: Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge using your PC, Mac Computer, iPad or smartphone. Chick-fil-A® will also support Fire (for Kindle). Unfortunately, our site does not support activating a Cow Calendar Card with a BlackBerry.

How do I redeem the offers from the Cow Calendar Card?

  • Follow the steps to activate your card by signing in to your existing Chick-fil-A One account or creating a new Chick-fil-A One account.
  • Once the Cow Calendar Card is activated, it will be loaded with the valid single-use offer(s) each month.
  • To redeem the offer of the month, simply bring your activated Cow Calendar Card with you to a Chick-fil-A® restaurant and scan the QR code on the back of your card when ordering the featured item. Your online activated Cow Calendar Card will also appear in the Chick-fil-A One App. When you select the Cow Calendar treat in the app, a unique Cow Calendar Card QR Code will appear and can be scanned to redeem the Cow Calendar Card treat at the restaurant's front counter or drive-thru. This is a different QR code than your Chick-fil-A One QR Code. Chick-fil-A One treats may also be redeemed on the same transaction as a Cow Calendar Card treat redemption by scanning your Chick-fil-A One QR Code. Your monthly Cow Calendar Card treat can be redeemed via mobile order, but Cow Calendar Card treats cannot be redeemed on the same mobile order as a Chick-fil-A One Treat.

When can I redeem my first offer? Will I be able to redeem offers before or after the month they are featured?

The first offer on the 2018 Cow Calendar Card will be available for redemption beginning Jan. 1, 2018. Offers cannot be redeemed until the featured month. On the first business day of each month (except if it falls on a Sunday), a new offer will become available on the Cow Calendar Cards, and the offers can be redeemed only once any time during the month. If not redeemed by close of business on the last business day of that month, the offer is no longer valid. Please remember, Chick-fil-A® is closed Sundays!

May I substitute a Cow Calendar Card offer for another product of similar value?

Cow Calendar Card offers are valid only for the menu item(s) specified. Only special requests about the featured item, such as no pickles on our Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, or if you prefer Sprite® instead of Coca-Cola®, can be honored. The Cow Calendar Cards do not have cash value and therefore cannot be used for or applied toward another product.

May I substitute a Cow Calendar Card offer if I have a food allergy?

The offers on the Cow Calendar Card are intended not as a discount but rather to give our customers an opportunity to try the featured Chick-fil-A® menu item. Therefore, Cow Calendar Card offers are redeemable only for the product specified. Our Cow Calendar Card system does not permit entire product substitutions. Only special requests about the featured item, such as no pickles on our Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, or if you prefer Sprite® instead of Coca-Cola®, can be honored.

What drink can I order for the monthly offers for Any Size Coca-Cola® Soft Drink of Your Choice?

When the monthly offer is for Any Size Coca-Cola® Soft Drink, you may choose any soft drink, a Chick-fil-A® Iced Tea or a bottle of Dasani® water. Please note that Chick-fil-A® Lemonade, Chick-fil-A® Diet Lemonade and Chick-fil-A® Coffee are not considered soft drinks or fountain beverages and as such are not included in those monthly offers.

May I redeem an offer on my Cow Calendar Card in the drive-thru?

Yes, you may redeem an offer in the drive-thru. It is helpful if you let the Team Member know you will be redeeming a Cow Calendar Card offer. Please show your Cow Calendar QR code in the App or give your physical Cow Calendar Card to the Team Member at the window, along with any other necessary payment. The Team Member will return the Cow Calendar Card after it is scanned, so you can bring it back next month for another offer. If more than one person in your vehicle has a Cow Calendar Card to redeem, please be sure to let the Team Member know when placing your order.

Is an additional purchase required to redeem Cow Calendar Card offers each month?

No. Each monthly featured offer can be redeemed without an additional purchase.

If the month has multiple offers, is it possible to redeem more than one offer in a single visit?

If a month has two offers on the Cow Calendar Card, you may redeem the offers during the same visit or in two separate visits during the month. Except for months where multiple offers are available, please remember that our policy allows the redemptions for one account per person per visit.

Can I track which offers I have redeemed?

To see which offer is currently available on your Cow Calendar Card, as well as detailed information regarding previous offers redeemed, please visit www.chick-fil-a.com/2018calendar and sign in to your Chick-fil-A One account. You may also select 'Available Treats' and 'View Past Treats' options found in the Chick-fil-A One app to access the status of your Cow Calendar Card offers. Please note that offer inquiries, replacement QR code, offer reminder messages and other enhancements are not available for phone-activated cards.

I received an email offering a free Chocolate Chunk Cookie for my birthday. How do I get the Chocolate Chunk Cookie?

All registered Cow Calendar Cards will have a Chocolate Chunk Cookie offer added at the first of the month of the registrant's birthday month. Once during your birthday month, you may order a Chocolate Chunk Cookie and present the Cow Calendar Card to redeem your birthday offer. No purchase is necessary to redeem the Chocolate Chunk Cookie birthday offer. If not redeemed by close of business on the last business day of your birthday month, the offer is no longer valid. Please remember, Chick-fil-A® is closed Sundays.

Can I redeem my birthday offer at the same time as the monthly Cow Calendar Card offer?

Yes, both the monthly Cow Calendar Card offer and the birthday offer can be redeemed at the same time.

Can I use my Cow Calendar Card or view my Cow Calendar account with the Chick-fil-A One App?

Yes, you can access your online-activated Cow Calendar Card via the Chick-fil-A One App to redeem your monthly offers. Download or update to the latest version of the Chick-fil-A One App and sign in with the same email you used to activate your Cow Calendar Card. A unique Cow Calendar Card QR Code will appear for the current month’s cow calendar treat. Additionally, you can sign in to the 2018 Chick-fil-A® Cow Calendar Card registration site to view your account activity and redeem your monthly offers using your Cow Calendar Card QR code.

Can I use my mobile phone to access more than one 2018 Cow Calendar Card in the Chick-fil-A One App?

How do I use the Chick-fil-A One App to redeem my monthly Cow Calendar Card offers?

If you registered your 2018 Cow Calendar Card online, your card is linked to your Chick-fil-A One account. Ensure you have updated to the latest version of the Chick-fil-A One App. Once you sign in with the same email address and password used to register your 2018 Cow Calendar Card, you will automatically see your monthly Calendar Card offers in the ‘Available Treats’ section of the app. Select the Calendar Card offer in the app, and a unique Calendar Card QR Code will appear, which can be scanned to redeem the monthly Calendar Card offer. You may also choose to add the Cow Calendar QR Code to your phone’s wallet by tapping the wallet icon in the upper left of the Cow Calendar QR Code screen. This is a different QR code than your Chick-fil-A One QR code. Chick-fil-A One Treats may also be redeemed on the same transaction as a Cow Calendar Card treat redemption by scanning your Chick-fil-A One QR Code. Can I use the Chick-fil-A One App to redeem monthly Cow Calendar Card offers for each member of my family?

The Chick-fil-A One App was designed to allow each customer to create one account. Your registered 2018 Cow Calendar Card is linked to your Chick-fil-A One account. You should access only one Chick-fil-A One account in your mobile app. Additional family members should access their own Chick-fil-A One account in their separate mobile app or use the physical 2018 Cow Calendar Card to redeem their monthly offers.

Can I redeem a Cow Calendar Card offer with a Mobile Order?

Yes. Once you sign in to your Chick-fil-A One account with the same email address and password used to register your 2018 Cow Calendar Card, your monthly Calendar Card offers will be available for redemption through the app. During the mobile order process, you will have the ability to redeem the available Calendar Card offer, if you order the featured item. We recommend you verify the 'Redeem Treats' banner is set to ‘Now’ and appears red as well as the redeemed menu item appears with a 'FREE' icon in your mobile order cart before continuing with the order. Note: You will not be able to redeem both a Chick-fil-A One Treat and a Calendar Card offer at the same time on a mobile order.

Can I redeem a Cow Calendar Card offer with Online Catering Orders?

At this time, Cow Calendar Card offers cannot be redeemed via online Catering Order.

I lost my Cow Calendar Card. Is there any way to replace the card?

If you suspect your Cow Calendar Card was lost or stolen AND the Cow Calendar Card was activated through the Chick-fil-A One App or online, sign in to the 2018 Chick-fil-A® Cow Calendar registration site and click on “Report a Lost or Stolen Card". You will then have the option to request a replacement QR code. Submitting this request immediately deactivates your original Cow Calendar Card, and it will no longer be valid at Chick-fil-A® restaurants. However, your Calendar Card QR code will be updated with a new card number and immediately available for you to use from your mobile device by signing in to your account on the Cow Calendar site or in the Chick-fil-A One App and scanning your Calendar Card QR code at Chick-fil-A® restaurants. You may also print the QR code and scan it at Chick-fil-A® restaurants. We no longer offer a physical replacement card, and you may report a lost/stolen card or request a new QR code up to three times.

If I find my Cow Calendar Card after I request a replacement, can I still use the card?

Cow Calendar Cards that are submitted for replacement through the Cow Calendar site are deactivated at the time you click “Submit". Your Cow Calendar Card will no longer contain the monthly offers and will not be recognized as a valid card at Chick-fil-A® restaurants. If you submit a replacement request, your Calendar Card QR code will be updated immediately with a new card number. This new card number is immediately available for you to use from your mobile device by signing in to your account on the Cow Calendar site or in the Chick-fil-A One App and scanning your Calendar Card QR code at Chick-fil-A® restaurants. You may also print the QR code and scan it at the restaurant. To sign in to the Cow Calendar site and display the QR code, please click here.

I lost my phone-activated card. Why can't I replace it?

We're sorry that your phone-activated card has been lost or misplaced. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to replace it because the phone activation system does not capture the same level of information as our online activation system. What do I do if my Cow Calendar Card is damaged or defective in some way?

If your Cow Calendar Card was activated online, your unique Calendar Card QR code is accessible by downloading the Chick-fil-A One App and signing in with the same email used to activate your Cow Calendar. Alternatively, you may sign in to the Cow Calendar site using the email and password you provided when activating your card. After you sign in, click on the “Access a QR code to scan” option found on your account page. To redeem your monthly offers, you may either scan your Calendar Card QR code at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant using your mobile device or a printed copy of the QR code. What is the difference between printing a Calendar Card QR code and requesting a replacement?

Viewing or printing your Calendar Card QR code allows you to continue to use your original Calendar Card number if the physical card is temporarily misplaced. If you request a replacement because you think someone else has possession of the physical Calendar Card, this action will deactivate your previous card, and it will no longer be valid at Chick-fil-A® restaurants. A new Calendar Card QR code will be instantly assigned to your account and immediately available for your use.

May I return a Cow Calendar I purchased?

We hope that this doesn't happen, but we will gladly refund your purchase price through Dec. 30, 2017, provided that all three of the following criteria are met:

  • Calendar is returned to the Chick-fil-A® restaurant where purchased
  • Return is accompanied by the original register receipt
  • Calendar is in original condition with all seals intact and the unused Calendar Card in place

Because franchised Chick-fil-A® restaurant businesses are independently owned and operated, all three criteria need to be met for us to accept the return of a Calendar and issue a refund. Calendars purchased through a fundraiser are final sale.

May I return an opened Calendar with the Cow Calendar Card removed?

We are only able to accept returns for Calendars in their original, unopened condition with unused Cow Calendar Card in place when accompanied by an original receipt and returned to the Chick-fil-A® restaurant where purchased.

I do not have my receipt for my Cow Calendar purchase. May I still return my Calendar?

We are only able to accept returns for Calendars in their original, unopened condition when accompanied by an original receipt and returned to the Chick-fil-A® restaurant where purchased.

May I use an offer for another menu item in addition to an offer on my Cow Calendar Card?

If there are multiple Cow Calendar Card offers within a month, you may redeem both offers during the same visit or in two separate visits during the month. The monthly Cow Calendar Card offer and the birthday offer can also be redeemed at the same time. Chick-fil-A One Treats may also be redeemed on the same transaction as a Cow Calendar Card treat redemption, so long as both the Cow Calendar Card offer and Chick-fil-A One Treats originate from the same Chick-fil-A One account. You may do so by scanning your Chick-fil-A One QR Code in addition to scanning your Calendar Card QR code but please remember that our policy allows redemptions for one account per person per visit.

How do I unsubscribe from any of the Chick-fil-A® emails?

If you no longer wish to receive messages from Chick-fil-A, such as emails containing information about your monthly Cow Calendar offers, you can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive any exclusive Chick-fil-A email content such as offer reminders, special offers, event details or other marketing materials. However, you may continue to receive transactional emails such as electronic receipts.

Can I change the primary email address on my Chick-fil-A One account?

Yes. If you would like to change the email address associated with your Chick-fil-A One account, please log in to your account with your old email address on www.chick-fil-a.com/2018calendar. Select “Edit Profile,” then “Personal Info,” then click on your email address. From here, you may update your email address to any email address that is not currently associated with another Chick-fil-A One account. An email verification link will be sent to the new email address on your account. Please know that the email address on your account will not be changed until you verify your new email address. The link in the email will expire after 24 hours. If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam folder and ensure you typed your new email address correctly. If for any reason you would like to undo this change, you may click on the “reset” link in an email sent to your old email address, which will undo the email change. The link in this second email will expire after 72 hours.

Can I add a secondary email address to my Chick-fil-A One™ account?

Yes. To do so, log in to your account on www.chick-fil-a.com/2018calendar, and select “Edit Account”. Next, then “Personal Info,” then click on your email address. Tap on the “Add another email” link, and enter your desired secondary email address. Finally, tap the “Submit” button.
